• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or other financial operation conducted through your Account.

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use any services on ollo4d. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions: Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia when accessing the Platform and placing bets. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not use the Platform if you are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts.

2.4 Account Registration: You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual (including accounts created using different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.1 Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.2 KYC Verification: ollo4d is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies. You may be requested to provide copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document.

3.3 Verification Timeline: KYC verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours of receiving all required documents during business days. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.

4.1 Deposit Methods: ollo4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri) and popular e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.2 Deposit Processing: Most deposits are credited to your account instantly or within 5 minutes during banking hours. Deposits made outside standard banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB) may be delayed until the next business day. We do not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawals may be requested at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are approved by our finance team.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time: Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 1-24 hours. First-time withdrawals and larger amounts may require additional security checks, which can extend processing time to 48-72 hours. 4.6 Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees if depositing or withdrawing via methods that require conversion.

6.1 General Betting Rules: All bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. In case of conflict between general terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once you receive confirmation through the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect errors, fraud, or collusion. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to technical errors may be voided.

6.3 Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the betting market has already been determined. Casino game disconnections are handled according to the game provider's malfunction policy.

6.4 Settlement and Disputes: Bet settlement is based on official results as determined by the governing sports body or game provider. All decisions regarding bet settlement are final. Disputes must be reported within 7 days of the relevant event or game.

6.5 Maximum Winnings: We reserve the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, daily winnings, or specific game types. These limits will be published on the relevant betting or gaming pages.

6.6 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and fund forfeiture: betting from multiple accounts, collusive betting with other players, use of bots or automated betting systems, exploitation of technical errors or glitches, money laundering, and any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.

7.1 Age Restriction: ollo4d operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated. We employ age verification procedures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

7.2 Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude from ollo4d for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion requests can be made through customer support.

7.3 Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit decreases take effect immediately.

7.4 Reality Checks: We offer optional reality check notifications that remind you of the time spent gambling. These can be configured in your account preferences.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, or incorrect game outcomes caused by software defects, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 Third-Party Services: ollo4d uses third-party payment processors and game providers. We are not liable for delays, errors, or failures caused by these third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues.

8.4 Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ollo4d's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

8.5 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ollo4d, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

9.1 Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations.

9.2 Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend your account temporarily if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for investigation purposes. During suspension, you will be unable to place bets or withdraw funds.

9.3 Termination by ollo4d: We may terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, or if we determine that your continued use poses a risk to the Platform or other users.

9.4 Effect of Termination: Upon termination for cause, all pending bets may be voided, bonus funds forfeited, and only the original deposited balance (if any) returned, subject to verification and deduction of any amounts owed to ollo4d.

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online betting platforms serving the Indonesian market.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ollo4d services should first be addressed through our customer support team. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly.

10.3 Amendments: ollo4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
